Job Description
- Legal research and preparing Briefs/Case notes;
- Drafting Writ Petitions, Suits, Counters etc. before High Court of Gujarat and Tribunals in Ahmedabad;
- Conferences, assistance and independent appearances before High Court of Gujarat, District Courts and Tribunals;
- Supervise filing of cases before the High Court of Gujarat and Tribunals;
- Any administrative work relating to cases etc.
Qualifications and Skills Required
0-3 Years of desirable experience
