Number of Vacancies

2 (two): Junior Associates for the Contracts Management Team.

Eligibility

• The candidate must be a law graduate.
• The candidate must hold 0 to 2 years of experience in a corporate law firm.
• The candidate must have a laptop with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• The Junior Associate will be expected to work on matters such as patents, contracts, labour agreements, regulatory measures, taxation, and intellectual property rights.
• The responsibilities include researching cases, drafting contracts, developing diverse corporate procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance, drafting codes of conduct, and facilitating corporate mergers.
• The Junior Associate will also be responsible for assisting clients to prevent, navigate, and resolve complex legal issues; on establishing their company’s structure, policies, objectives, and procedures for their business operations; ensuring all relevant laws and outcomes are understood and obeyed by clients.
• The Junior Associate will also be responsible for drafting, reviewing, completing and filing legal paperwork related to Clients’ business operations.

Salary

There will be a three (3) months probation period, during which the candidate will be paid a basic stipend of INR 10,000. After the probation period, the performance of the candidate will be evaluated, and a salary will be offered on the basis of the performance.
