Experience
Lawyer with at least 3 years experience in IP Prosecution/Contentious matters.
Requirement
The candidate must be competent to 1) Prepare opinions on adoption based on search reports , 2) Draft user affidavits, 3) Analyse OA and prepare suitable responses, 4) Draft oppositions/counter statements/ evidences, 5) Draft rectifications/appeals, 6) Attend hearings before the Registrar and the IPAB, etc.
