1. Work / liaise with business heads, external parties, counsels, law firms on various matters related to the business;

3. Draft, vett and review agreements, instruments, deeds, notices, letters;
4. Opine on legal queries that the organisation may have from time to time;
5. Conduct research on case law and regulatory affairs;

7. Assist senior members of the legal team on special assignments;
8. Assist in collation of documentation and details for litigation and support the litigation activities; and
9. Find solutions for creating various processes in order to streamline the business.
