The Centre for Criminology and Victimology (CCV) at NLU Delhi has undertaken a doctrinal study ön “Exploring Critical Criminal Law”. The details can be seen here.
The short term project requires a Researcher who is proficient in theoretical criminal law, critical criminal law and well versed with jurisprudence and legal theory framework of criminal law for this project.
The work would involve preparing briefs and critical assessment of selected writings on this subject. The duration of the project would be three months. It would carry a lump sum honorarium of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) .
