Job Description: IPR Specialist
Must have expertise in IPR valuation, filing and application process. Should have thorough knowledge of contract/agreement drafting, patent research.
Handling trademark and copyright by providing contextual advice and expert guidance in trademark application.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling intellectual property rights, trademark and copyright application of IPR by providing contextual advice and expert guidance in trademarks and copy right sector.
- Completing the prescribed procedures for the registration of new trademarks and copyright and enforcing trademark/copyright rights in the instance of infringements.
- Handle trademark and copyright oppositions, revocations, invalidations and assignments. Drafting of contracts related to IPR and all other contacts of corporate sector.
