Positions
Looking for lawyers, both freshers and experienced with a good command over Indian Contract Act and Transfer of property act in order to constitute a legal team for the firm.
Work
Work would primarily entail due diligence of properties as well as companies along with drafting, analysing and amending sale agreements, agreements to sell, MOU’s and collaboration agreements.
Some experience in the field of Due Diligence is a must
Salary
Rs 6.5 Lakh per annum, but could be negotiated keeping the experience of the lawyer under consideration.
