We are a real estate company based out of Santacruz West, Mumbai, and need somebody (preferably a female) for the post of Manager-Legal to manage our corporate legal affairs
Job Description
Candidate should preferably be a female.
Candidates should have minimum experience of 2-3 years in Litigation/ Non-Litigation matters in Real Estate Company or with the legal firm dealing in Property matters.
He/She will be responsible for drafting legal documents such as sales agreements, MOU’s, conveyance of properties, etc.
Successfully take forward all the litigation by or against the company to their conclusion
Legal advisory on all laws related to Real Estate
Attend the legal matters in various courts and liaise with external lawyers and counsels
Attend the meetings for society redevelopment.
Advise the Management on protective writ petitions to be filed and then take them forward to their conclusion.
Co-ordinate with our solicitors / advocates and finalize the legal documents on fast track basis
Continuously monitor changes in the laws, regulations and policies relating to Real Estate development in the State of Maharashtra (including direct and indirect taxes) in so far as they affect the real estate sector.
Review and advise the Managing Committee on legal implications of laws, regulations and policies relating to Real Estate sector.
Salary: Rs. 4.2 Lakhs PA
