About the Law Firm
The Chambers of Law is a 20 year old firm, initially exclusively into litigation. The present business profile has a blend of litigation and non-litigation business. The large part of the firm’s business is on property laws and consumer litigation on a pan India basis. The Firm also has litigation presence in Delhi High Court.
The firm is managed by Anupam Srivastava who is an eminent writer. His writings, have not only rendered a helping interpretation of the laws to the legal fraternity, however, have also simplified the intricate issues and complex interpretations of the laws related to the Real Estate and the Money Recovery.
He has authored/edited seven books on varied subject of property laws and code of civil practice. His books have been published by Lexis Nexis, Wolters Kluwer and Manupatra.
He also holds honors for writing the 16th Edition of the ‘Mulla’s Code of Civil Procedure, 1908’ and for co-editing the 9th Edition of the Mulla’s Transfer of Property Act.
Mr. Srivastava is currently designated as the Additional Standing Counsel for the Government for NCT of Delhi.
Job Profile
We are seeking to recruit one male resource who will be expected to back up the research and drafting for the litigation team from October, 2016.
The candidate is expected to have a fair understanding of property and civil law with a aggregate of minimum CGPA of 3 points equivalent to 75%. The candidate should have an analytical mind and excellent research and drafting capabilities.
Mode of Recruitment
Round 1: A written test to analyse the research and writing abilities, of the candidates. This shall be conducted through email.
Round 2: Interview with selected candidates

Gross Salary: Between Rs. 15000-20000 during probation. Will be revised after probation based on the merit of employee. Salaries are revised bi-yearly.
