Responsibilities
- The candidate will be responsible for assisting in criminal raids in IPR litigation.
- The candidate will be responsible for appearing and conducting proceedings in courts and forums across Delhi and other states.
- The candidate will be responsible for drafting pleadings, applications, notices, etc.
- The candidate will be responsible for liaising with clients and other counsels.
