Experience and Qualification
For the Associate: A person with minimum experience of one year from a prominent law school/university.
Interns: 4th/5th Year Law Students from a prominent law school/university.
Scope of Work
The Associate will work closely with the a variety of matters before the trial courts in Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida whose works mainly comprises of arbitrations, legal opinions and research work.
The Associate will also have a great exposure-opportunity to Delhi High Court and District Courts and will be expected to be able to undertake drafting, briefing and arguing matters in different courts/forums across Delhi.
We expect interns to have good research skills and be able to draft pleadings, as that will be their primary task.
Office is in Greater Kailash-1 (South Delhi) so kindly factor that in before applying.
