A sole practitioner of 12 years standing in New Delhi is looking for a junior lawyer to assist him full time. The chamber takes on commercial litigation in all courts and arbitration. Tasks including drafting and preparing various types of matters, research and writing, and assisting in court.
Applicants should enjoy litigation and should have an attention to detail, a desire to learn and should be willing to work hard and meet deadlines.
Strong english and writing skills are a prerequisite. In return, the successful candidate will receive personal attention and training. Applicants are permitted to take on their own work, provided they prioritize chamber work when required.
Qualified applicants will have very good grades from a reputed law school. Please provide (i) a resume; (ii) a writing sample; (iii) two references; and (iv) copies of grade/mark sheets.
Salary will be equivalent to other similar chambers.
