Job Description
Drafting, vetting of legal agreements, contracts, Legal Notices, Coordinating with external lawyers, maintaining a tracker for ongoing litigation matters, coordination with the internal teams to handle the ongoing disputes, maintaining a document database, drafting of notices, resolutions, preparing minutes of the meeting, assisting the legal head in all matters, maintenance of registers, legal research etc.
Essential Qualification: LL.B.
Experience required : 1- 2 years.
Languages Known
- English & Marathi (Mumbai)
- English & Kannada (Bangalore)
Location
- For Mumbai: Andheri East , Marol
- For Bangalore: New BEL Road, Mathikere
Candidates must have Excellent Communication Skills.
