Job Description
The firm is looking for law graduates with 2-4 years work experience who are eager to learn in the field of direct tax and general corporate advisory. Previous legal employees have had widespread exposure in the following areas:
- Tax representation before administrative and quasi-judicial authorities.
- Drafting of written submissions and case research in tax and corporate advisory.
- Contract drafting and negotiation ranging from lease deeds, partnership deeds to complex Share Subscription Agreements.
- Managing statutory compliances of companies as per the Companies Act, 2013
Requirements
The basic requirements are strong communication and writing skills, knowledge of corporate law and most importantly, the willingness and dedication to learn.
Additional qualifications as Company Secretary are a plus and would be suitably compensated.
