Chambers of Vijay Joshi and Associates, Litigation Office at Ch. No. 163 Patiala House Courts, New Delhi is looking for a junior/associate (0-1 year Experience) who should have reasonable proficient in drafting and research and should have ample internship experience in Litigation.
Candidate should also be capable of and comfortable in handling court work including independently inspecting court records as also filing legal documents if so required.
Remuneration would be Minimum INR 10,000/- to 15000/- and much more depending upon the candidate’s ability and skills.
Exposure at the office
We practice at Delhi High Court defending Union of India in writ petitions and at National Consumer Dispute Resolution Commissions defending Govt. in consumer cases. We also practice at CAT, NCLT, NGT and in all District Courts in Delhi and outside Delhi involving matters related to 138 N.I Act, Civil Suits ( recover, injunction, partition, deceleration etc), family matters ( Maintenance, divorce, domestic violence etc).
