Nature of duties of Advocate inter alia includes:

1. Legal research and preparing briefing / case notes
2. Drafting Appeals and Writ Petitions before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi and Special Leave Petitions and other pleadings before the Hon’ble Supreme Court and various other petitions before different Tribunals and Commissions at Delhi.
3. Supervising filing of cases by clerks before the Courts
4. Assistance in hearing before Courts and Tribunals
5. Any administrative work relating to cases etc.
6. Preference will be given to candidates with interest and background in litigation having a decent command in drafting.

Remuneration: As per industry standards
