- At least 3 years’ experience in drafting, vetting, reviewing of corporate commercial contracts & agreements.
- Handling litigation matters.
- Assist in doing corporate compliance & legal documentation work.
- Draft legal opinions on various matters.
- Exposure to labour laws and sexual harassment laws
