Flipkart, India’s largest e-commerce marketplace with a registered customer base of over 100 million invites applications for the post of Manager/Senior Manager in Litigation & IP.

Location: Bangalore

Qualifications: Masters or Graduate in Law from a reputed university

PQE: 6+ years preferably in banking, insurance, ecommerce or services industry

Knowledge and Skills

• Demonstrated (hands on experience) in commercial advisory and litigation management
• Should have good understanding of: a) Intellectually Property Laws including but not limited to Trademarks, Designs, Patents and Copyrights and privacy law, arbitration and ADRs, (b) Legal Metrology Act and Rules; and (c) Real Estate Compliance, intellectual property assignment,
• Good working knowledge of contracts law, criminal and civil procedure code, consumer act proceedings and intellectual property filings and actions.
• Should have excellent research, analytical skills and should be able to exercise judgment and discretion to opine on compliance/ legal issues effectively.
