LegalEase Solutions LLC is a US based Legal Process Outsourcing Company and we provide high quality managed legal services to US Attorneys, Law firms and Multinational Corporations. We specialize in services, technology and people. Our services include litigation support and legal administration support, online legal services, discovery and document automation among others.
Location
We are looking for sharp, enthusiastic and dedicated attorneys to join our dynamic legal team in Kochi/Chennai.
Requirements
Candidates should have good understanding of law, positive attitude, good command over English language both oral and written, excellent legal and analytical skills and should be ready to undertake progressive and evolving work and responsibilities.
Recruitment Process
LegalEase has a six level recruitment process that includes a paid training for three months. The training is specially designed by US law professors and attorneys. Our legal training programs draw from the main tenets of US law and aims to train in core areas including research, writing, analysis and creativity.
Responsibilities
• Legal research and writing including motions, pleadings, memos, appeals and more
• Contract drafting and review
• Document review and e-Discovery
• Legal support services
• May need to take leadership roles. Leadership responsibilities will increase with your performance and recognition at LegalEase.
Qualifications
• Candidates must be graduates of an accredited 3 or 5 year law program.
• Prior LPO legal experience is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills ( English)
• Excellent writing, legal and analytical skills ( English)
• MS Office – Word, Excel & Outlook (experience in online products, is a plus)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take on intellectual challenges and responsibilities
Salary
Compensation: CTC of Rs. 20,000 on being confirmed.
First three months will be training period and the CTC would be Rs. 18,500.
You are also eligible for annual pay hikes based on your performance.
