Janaagraha is a Bengaluru based not-for-profit organization working towards the mission of transforming Quality of life in India’s cities and towns.
Janaagraha invites applications for internship opportunities for students in 3 time frames:
- Volunteers who can allot after college hours in Janaagraha’s office in Bengaluru starting immediately.
- Summer interns who can work with us for two or three months.
- Graduates/Post Graduates for our full time paid internship programme applicable for a duration of six months or more. It is an intensive internship programme wherein selected candidates get hands on experience working with domain experts in the field of urban governance and municipal finance.
Short-term interns who are interested in social media marketing/promotion and communications are also required. The interested candidates should be creative with social media engagement and content curation. Having knowledge of design software like Adobe Photoshop is a plus.

Nature of work
The nature of work is related to the field of urban governance, municipal finance and social media promotions. The selected candidates would support and assist team members of Janaagraha in various capacities of monitoring and managing assigned tasks.
