The Indian Society of International Law, New Delhi is organising a “Two-day Workshop on E -Commerce: International and National Perspective” on 10th-11th November 2018 at the ISIL premises.
The topics will relate to E Commerce which will include UNCITRAL Model Law on E-Commerce and Indian legal approach; E-Commerce and Taxation, E-Commerce and IPR, Data Protection and Privacy, Cloud Computing, Bitcoins, E Contracts and Indian Legal Discourse etc.
The course will comprise classroom lectures, discussion, counseling and library consultation, from 10.30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Registration
The course fee would be Rs. 3,000/- for students and Rs. 3,500/- for teachers and lawyers.
Maximum 100 participants can be admitted on the basis of first-cum-first serve.
Demand drafts shall be drawn in favour of the Indian Society of International Law.
