Position
We are looking for interns who and are eager to learn matters pertaining to:
- Drafting of written submissions and case research in tax and corporate advisory.
- Contract drafting and negotiation ranging from lease deeds, partnership deeds to complex Share Subscription Agreements.
- PMLA, Benami Transactions Act, Income Tax Act, Companies Act etc.
Eligibility
Applicant should have completed at least one year in the three year course or two years in the five year course, strong communication and writing skills, research abilities and the willingness and dedication to learn. Performance based stipend will be provided.
