First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure
Infrastructure of the commission was pretty good, got to learn a lot of new things.
Main tasks
Our main tasks included:
Filtering out the cased according to the jurisdiction of the commission.
Put pink, green or white form depending on the facts of the case.
Work environment and people
People at commission were really helpful and coordinating they were very patient with the interns.
Best things
The best thing was that I learnt a lot of new things , furthermore I got to know about various human right issues faced by people in the state of Punjab and reasons for the same.
Further I also prepared a project on the topic police and human rights which helped me learn and lots of new things.
Bad things
I didn’t find any bad things as such.
Stipend
No stipend was provided.
Biggest Lessons
