Internship Opportunity: Work on a Real Environment Case; Stipend of Rs. 8000

About the Internship

 A Real Life Case – Environment Case – Against a certain Industry set up in  New Delhi.

Will involve the following work –

 Discussion with petitioner(s) and framing of strategy
 Collection of facts
 Research
 Drafting
 Filing of cases
 Actual involvement in litigation of the cases so filed against the
Industry
 Discussions and briefings with lawyers arguing the cases

 Place of Work – New Delhi

 Office and Sitting Space will be provided in New Friends Colony, New  Delhi
 Candidate can work from home with certain conditions
 Internship Timings – Full Time Internship and/or Flexible Running  Internship – both are on offer

 Minimum time period for internship – 1 month

Eligibility

 3rd Year Law Student or Above
 Basic Knowledge, Researching Skills, Comprehension and Understanding  skills will be tested initially by means of a small interview and performance of  the candidate in his/her first assignment/task

*** Stipend will depend on the amount and quality of work done by the intern and also  on the amount of time spent by him/her on the work. The amount of Rs. 8,000 per  month will be paid for good quality work by an intern done for an average of 6 hours a  day for 30 days. Greater amount and quality of work/interest shown can also entail  higher.
