Role Description:
- Assisting in contract negotiation and execution [incorporating comments; coordinating with internal and external counter parties; completion of contract execution process; assisting in setting up of a contract management process.
- Reviewing/concluding standard template-based agreements viz. Recruitment agreements/consultancy agreements, non-disclosure agreements, vendor services etc.
- Legal research in areas like Contract, FDI, Labour & Employment, Debt Recovery and Data Management & Privacy
- Litigation
Pre-Requisites:
- Any law student based out of Bangalore in their 4th or 5th year of law school (5 year law program).
- Candidate should be willing to do a 2 months full time or part time internship.
- 6 days working.
