About the Internship
- Interns will be required to research the legal and regulatory aspects of various business and commercial transactions.
- Interns will be required to review and scrutinize contractual clauses with regard to their applicability and suitability in a given transaction and redraft such clauses as required.
- Interns will also be required to draft various agreements, legal opinions, and other documents. Interns will learn the nuances of contract drafting and negotiation, legal research and various other legal skills.
Qualifications and Skills Required
Lexworth Law is looking for candidates who are in their 3rd, 4th, and 5th year (of the 5-year integrated law course) or 3rd year (of the 3-year law course).
The candidates should be well versed with MS- Word and possess basic legal research and drafting skills.
