Emphasis Law is a small firm, primarily in litigation practice, having its main office at Delhi and one office at Mumbai, having wide variety of Litigation at District Courts, High Courts, Supreme Court of India. Primarily area of work includes Commercial Disputes, Property Disputes, Arbitration, Matrimonial Disputes, etc.

Requirement of Interns & Junior Associates, a brief description.

Legal Interns

Looking for Interns, who are keen to understand functioning of courts, Litigation Practice and Legal Research. Opportunity for them to have exposure to Litigation, Case Preparations, Case Drafting, Client Interactions.

Junior Associates

We require Junior Associate/s who can handle Litigation at District Court, High Courts. The Junior Associate/s will have the opportunity to handle Litigation on its own and will be responsible for effective handling of Litigation, including case presentations, research and drafting.

Locations

The Location of the Office Junior Associate/s will be at Kirti Nagar Office of the Firm at New Delhi. Nearest Metro stations are Moti Nagar and Kirti Nagar on the Dwarka Noida Metro Line (Blue Line).

Eligibility

Legal Interns

Must be enrolled in LL. B. Degree course from Recognized University. Must be well versed with Computers and English Language.

Junior Associates

Must be enrolled with Bar Council of Delhi or with any other state Bar Council. Fresher can also apply. Must be well versed with computers, Microsoft Excel & Word. Should have good communication skills. English is must. Preference would be given to those who have drafting experience .

Salary

Legal Interns

Will be entitled to stipend from Rs. 7,000 to Rs. 10,000/-

Junior Associates

The range of Salary would be from 15000 to 25000/-. Salaries are negotiable and will be decided as per the experience of the candidate.
