CfP: 1st International ADR Conference @ Indore Institute of Law [June 15-16]: Submit by May 15

Indore Institute of Law is conducting the 1st International ADR Conference in Madhya Pradesh. The conference is being organized on the theme International Conference on Alternative Dispute Resolution “Towards a road less travelled: Multidimensional Facets of Dispute Resolution” on 15th –16th June, 2019.

Call for Papers

Papers are invited in the following sub-themes:

1. The role of National courts in International Commercial Arbitration.
2. Arbitration in International Investment Disputes: Bilateral Investment Treaties
3. Third-party funding in arbitration
4. Criminal Law convergence with Mediation
5. Mandatory Commercial Mediation in India and its impact on the Courts of Law
6. Need of a Legislation to regulate Mediation in India
