About Sama
Sama is a totally new way to resolve disputes between businesses and customers, employers and employees, landlords and tenants, professionals and clients, or anyone else – fully online, in a fast and cost-effective manner.
This initiative is a collaborative effort of industry players and impact sector leaders such as Agami, Ashoka, Omidyar network, Trilegal, Vahura and more who selected ODRways (now Sama), a mediation services platform founded in 2015, as the team to build an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform for the future.
One of the first users of the Sama platform is ICICI Bank, one of the largest private banks of India, who has committed 10,000 banking disputes for online arbitration and online mediation. In order to continue handling larger volumes of cases by large industry players like ICICI Bank, there is an active search for more good quality mediators, arbitrators and case managers.
