About Programme
The Training Programme would focus on providing a bird’s eye view on the Companies Act, 2013 which has brought a significant change in the corporate law enforcement in India.
There are important changes which have been brought into the incorporation, organization and structure of the companies as well as several new concepts like One Person Company, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and enhanced Corporate Governance principles have emerged including more responsibility for Independent Directors and necessity to have compulsory Women Director in certain companies.
The Companies Act, 2013 has brought with it a series of Rules and Clarifications with also an Amendment Bill 2014 in its first year of implementation.
