If the Bar Council wants to raise the standard of the bar, then it has to come up with analytical questions as given in the Model Question Paper where the candidates are required to “apply their mind” rather than asking questions like who has given this definition of contract/ which section provides punishment for this offence etc. etc.- Alphonsa
