A friend named Venkat Parasuraman commented on FB – Our reference of governance and administration has been very restricted. If the CM of Delhi is not having control over law and order of Delhi, how can we expect him to be responsible for that. And if he is not answerable, why have a seperate government for Delhi. Let Central government govern Delhi as a whole.
