About
GNLU Centre for Corporate and Competition Law was established on 13th, Oct, 2012 by Hon’ble Mr. Justice K. A. Puj, Rtd. Judge, High Court of Gujarat, with multiple objectives and will act as a platform to expand the scope and horizon of the corporate and competition law through multidimensional approach and activities.
About the Summer School
GNLU Indian Business & Commercial Laws Academy (GIBCLA) is offering its second edition of – summer course on ‘Indian Business & Commercial Laws’ for GIBCLA Summer School 2016.
GIBCLA Summer School 2016 will provide a unique opportunity for young and dynamic students of different nationalities to intellectually explore the Indian legal business-commercial environment and experience cultural enrichment through an intensive three weeks academic course.
The participants will experience the environment of GNLU academics, resources, and residential life.
The remarkable resources of the University from distinguished faculty to resource rich library will improve the inter culture understanding of national and international laws regulating the business and commercial activity.
Venue
The GIBCLA Summer School 2016 will be conducting this course at GNLU campus, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India.
The interactive but faculty oriented course will be a unique space for learning and collaborating knowledge to encourage and inspire new thinking.
