Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar is organising a National Training Workshop on Legal Aspects of Real Estate Transactions, Taxations and Documentation on 11 April 2015 at ITM Universe Vadodara.
This workshop is under the Patronage of Fellowship funded by Cube Constructions Engineering Ltd. and in collaboration with NAR India, Refuture Group, ITM Universe, Vadodara & AR Gupta Associates.
Who Should Attend
Budding lawyers, real estate professionals, appraisers, brokers, lenders, realtors, builders & developers, housing finance institutions, architects, civil engineers, students pursuing law, architecture, civil engineering and other decision makers in the purchase and sale of residential and commercial property
Workshop Methodology
The workshop will be conducted through sessions assisted by Power Point presentations of the salient points for easy recall.
It is expected that the sessions will be interactive.
Trainers
Trainers will consist of well experienced practicing lawyers, partners or senior associates from well-known law firms.
Study material
Each candidate will be provided with reading material consisting of essential laws, research articles, reports and case-law abstracts.
