Gujarat National Law University (GNLU) has great pleasure in announcing about the ‘Arbitration Training Programme 2016′ that is getting organised from 16th to 18th September, 2016 at GNLU.
The increasingly globalized nature of business and infrastructure means that commerce often crosses borders. When disputes arise between parties from different countries, a neutral forum is often preferred rather than litigating in either of the parties’ national courts. Arbitration is therefore well suited to resolving these cross-border disputes.
As such, its sophistication continues to develop and its popularity grow. But how does it work? Who decides the dispute and according to what laws and processes? To understand, GNLU introduces the Arbitration Training Programme”.

Eligibility and Registration Fee
The Training Programme is open to the following groups of people:
(a) GNLU Students : INR 3000/-
(b) Others: INR 5000/-
Deadline
Registration to participate in the Certificate shall be made on or before 10th September, 2016.
