About the Course
The three day certificate course is a unique blend of Sports Law and Management. It incorporates diverse themes such as the jurisprudence of national and international sports dispute resolution, sports broadcasting issues, public interest litigation in sports along with other contemporary issues dominating the discourse on Sports Law.
About the Resource Person
Mr. Shivam Singh is a practicing lawyer at the Supreme Court of India and Delhi High Court. In addition to being an alumnus of NLSIU Bangalore, he holds an LLM from Columbia Law School and was a Sports Law research fellow at Harvard Law School.
He has been invited as a visiting faculty for Sports Law at Columbia University and regularly represents sports clients before multiple dispute resolution fora.
