The Goverment Law college, Kozhikode has decided to conduct a series of seminars/workshops.

These seminars/workshops are intended not only to improve quality of the legal education and the legal profession in the state but also to produce better trainers in the various fields of law and so, are meant only for those Law teachers, Ph D scholars, LL.M students, young Lawyers. Reputed experts will lead these programmes. Preference will be given to candidates from Kerala.

The seminars/workshops will be on the following areas of law.

  6. Environmental Law
  7. Constitutional Law
  8. Criminal Law (CrPC, Evidence Act and IPC)

  10. Transfer of Property Act
  11. Modern Tax Laws in India
  12. Company Law
  13. Modern trends in Alternative Dispute Resolution Systems
  14. Digital Copyright Infringement &the related Dispute Resolution Systems
  15. International Law

Each seminar/workshop will be a one-day programme, between 9.30 AM & 5.00 PM. No entry fee will be charged but the number of participants will be restricted. We plan to serve lunch, tea and snacks to the participants by following the green protocols.

Registration

Registration is compulsory. One can register for all the programmes or for selected ones. Expression of interest will have to be made as early as possible, preferably before the 14th of December.
