The Gujarat National Law University Centre for Private International Law is a unique research group, established to serve as a consolidating point between International Jurists, Legal Luminaries and Common People to resolve disputes in the field of Private International Law mutually.
We are a dedicated team of Teachers and Students aiming to disseminate top quality research and publications in the field. Also, by conducting regular training programs, we aim to create young lawyers well aware about Indian issues in the field.
After an overwhelming response to our First Training Program we proudly present the Second Training Program, in the light of the recent issue of passing of the Surrogacy Bill: Babies Crossing Borders – Surrogacy, Laws And Practice.
