Research Fellowships @ Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy [2-4 Years PQE]; Salary up to Rs. 1L PM ; Apply by July 20

Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy is an independent legal policy advisory group whose mission is to achieve good governance in India by impacting legislative and regulatory design. Learn more about the organization here.

Vidhi Centre is offering the following three job posts:

1.  Research Fellow- Education Initiative

Eligibility Criteria:

(a)  A Bachelor’s degree in law (2010 or earlier)

(b)  At least 2 years of work experience

(c)  Demonstrable passion for issues surrounding access to education

A Masters’ degree in law is not necessary but preferable. A competitive remuneration package corresponding to experience shall be offered.

(a) their latest CV, (in not more than 2 full-length A4 pages);

(b) an original academic written work not exceeding 2000 words (published or unpublished), on an issue related to education;

(c)  a brief statement of motivation in applying for the Vidhi Education Fellowship (not to exceed 500 words);

(e) names and contact details of two referees who may be contacted for references.

2. Senior Resident Fellow- Judicial Reform Initiative

Eligibility Criteria:

(a)  A Bachelor’s degree in law (2010 or earlier)

(b)  At least 4 years of work experience in litigation, or issues relating to judicial reform

(c)  A demonstrable interest in research and writing on issues of judicial reform

A Masters’ degree in law is not necessary but preferable.

3. Research Fellow- Judicial Reform Initiative

Eligibility Criteria:

(a)  A Bachelor’s degree in law (2012 or earlier)

(b)  At least 2 years of work experience in litigation, or issues relating to judicial reform.

(c)  A demonstrable interest in research and writing on issues of judicial reform.

4. Senior Research Fellow/Research Fellow- Financial Regulation and Corporate Law

Location:
Delhi

Eligibility Criteria:

(a) A bachelor’s degree in law (preference will be given to candidates who have an additional degree in a relevant field with academic publications to their credit).

(b) Graduated in the year 2010 or earlier for a Senior Resident Fellow, Graduated in 2011 or 2012 for a Research Fellow.

(c) Demonstrable interest in the field of corporate law and/or financial regulation.
