About the Organization
Shri Vichitra Kumar Sinha Smriti Samiti has been working for past 25 years to celebrate the glorious and inspiring life of Late Shri Vichitra Kumar Sinha who was the loved Freedom Fighter and a people’s person. He had a dynamic personality and was born in the year 1924 in Guna (Madhya Pradesh) to Advocate Shri Umacharanji. He was a Writer, Poet, Politician, Freedom Fighter and Social Worker all at the same time.
Every year we organize DWAND- An Annual Debate Championship for students from various Universities/Colleges to provide a platform for the exchange of ideas and perspectives to the youth which cares for the society and places value to various subjects affecting us. We look forward to your participation.

About The Debate
The debate is based on the amended version of Lincoln- Douglas format i.e. one to one debating. There are only individual registration and no team cap on the institutions.
There is No Registration fees.
Theme & Motion
The Theme of the Debate is “Constitutional Amendments Vs People’s Mandate” and the motion of the debate is “The current Constitutional Amendments have disintegrated the people’s mandate”, Sides will be allotted half an hour before the commencement of the Debate.
Language of the Debate
English or Hindi (the Quality expression will be applauded).
Date & Venue
The debate shall be conducted on 14th February 2020 in the city of Bhopal. Venue shall be disclosed on 5th Feb 2020.
The Reporting Time shall be 10:00 AM.
