Convers-Actions 3.0: Residential Workshop by Swaraj University, Udaipur [March 12-16]: Registrations Open

Convers-Actions 3.0 invites individuals for a five day residential workshop on the art of engaging in powerful conversations and facilitating groups.

Co-hosted by Swaraj University, Indian Multiversities Alliance, Anubhavshala.

Why Convers-Actions?

There is a strong sense of need in individuals for having spaces where they can initiate meaningful conversations and create possibilities for further innovative action. Individuals in modern day setups of organizations, schools, colleges, families are looking for ways to make it inclusive and engaging for every member and activate models of leadership based on collective intelligence.

What is it all about?

Learn the art of being a facilitator and how can that art be used in daily life. From hosting conversations to starting your own work to getting work done to co-creations to building relations in all segments the art is useful.

We are bringing in simple tools of games, listening, engaging with people in conversations that matter, activities, reflective practices, expressive art forms such as dance, music, art, movement as a way to connect to people and to express yourself . All of them have the power to shift the way we relate and connect with people in organisations, families, schools, etc and make our work and lives more enriching.

You will get a chance to experience these tools, find out your own ways of taking them in your setting and also lot of opportunities to practice it with other participants.  This is a great way to deepen you skills as a facilitator.

Contribution

The suggested financial contribution towards the program is INR 8000. This is inclusive of food and simple basic stay at Tapovan Ashram.

We are limited to a maximum of 20 participants, and we wish to ensure a circle of diversity with a right mix of qualities, so that the potential of the space is enriched and it becomes meaningful for all. The selections would only reflect this attempt.
