TFIx develops leaders committed to educating every child, in every corner of the country. Through a year-long incubation program and a life-long community of support, we enable entrepreneurs to launch and sustain independent, high-impact 2 year teaching Fellowships to build local leadership. This creates a space for regional development by empowering the youth who in turn invest and leverage other stakeholders in the system to work towards Educational equity.

Support Structures
  1. Teach For India site visit
    Entrepreneurs get to experience and draw inspiration from Teach For India’s model by visiting one of the sites, twice in the incubation period. This helps entrepreneurs deepen their understanding of different verticals, org structure and support systems.
  2. Courses and Webinars
    These courses and quarterly webinars are developed from Teach For India’s training resources for differentiated support and enabling technical skills in the entrepreneur as well as their teams.
  3. One-on-One Coaching
    TFIx Coaches are professional coaches with an in-depth understanding of Teach for India’s fellowship model. Through the one-on-one coaching they provide entrepreneurs with differentiated support and guidance depending on the region’s context. They visit each of their entrepreneur’s site once every quarter i.e 4-5 times in a year.
  4. Learning Circles
    Once every quarter TFIx team, cohort of Entrepreneurs and TFIx Experts come together for 4-5 days at one of the entrepreneur’s site to support each others’ ideas and develop all technical skills needed for running the fellowship.
