The Centre for Environment and Law (CEL), NUALS in association with Enviro-Legal Defence Firm, New Delhi intends to organise a National Workshop on “Deciphering Enviro-Legal Clearance Process in India”.
The Workshop will shed clarity on the processes of obtaining clearances in the enviro-legal gamut and seek to create a concise manual which would highlight all these processes in a readily available and comprehendible manner.
