Catholic University of Colombia (Universidad Católica de Colombia) is a private institution of higher education. It was founded in Bogotá, Colombia in 1970, notable in its early loyalty to Catholic church doctrine. The institution now has 10,300 undergraduates.
About the Journal
Novum Jus Law Journal (ISSN 1692-6013 and ISSN-E 2500-8692) is a biannual journal published by the School of Law of Universidad Católica de Colombia (Catholic University of Colombia), indexed nationally as well as internationally. It is aimed at legal practitioners, as well as political science and related disciplines, students and institutions at the national and international level.
The Research Department of the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Colombia, organizer of the Novum Jus law journal, welcomes the academic community linked to the development of legal and socio-legal thought to present original and unpublished articles for publication.
General Instructions
- Articles will be received in English and Spanish.
- Articles in other languages will be considered for publication at the discretion of the editorial committee. The journal is open access (Open Journal System) and all articles can be accessed for free.

Submission Details
Please submit original research articles of no more than 9000 words (including citations) in the areas of socio-legal and socio-political studies for publication in Novum Jus Law Journal.
