RGNUL Financial and Mercantile Law Review and its Sidebar looks to understand the legal paradigm prevalent in India and South East Asia and how it affects finance and other cross border mercantile activities.
Our review generally entertains submissions which have a basis in Indian, South East Asian and International Law and pertaining to the following areas:
- Trade Law
- Financial Law
- Banking Law
- Companies Law
- Capital Markets
- Contractual Law
- Investment Law
However, the review’s scope is quiet vast and therefore submissions not based on the preceding areas of law but having some correlation to finance or mercantile law issues will also be entertained.
Submission Guidelines:
- All submissions must be in Times New Roman font, 1.5 Paragraph Spacing with font size of 12 and in a justified format;
- All submissions should be made in Word Format (.doc)/(docx.);
- Note: No footnotes are required;
- There cannot be more than one author for a particular submission.
We strongly encourage submissions on independent issues pertaining to Financial and Mercantile Law.

The last date of submission for the Sidebar is 20th of February.
The Sidebar pieces are published throughout the year on a monthly basis.
