Call for Papers
Seminar papers are invited from scholars, researchers, bar and bench, academicians and government servants on the above mentioned themes.
Papers selected by the Committee may be published in the Seminar Volume (proposed to be published as a book with ISBN No. along with the proceedings of the preceding seminar papers).
Selected papers of authors would be given an opportunity to present their paper depending on the recommendation of the Committee based on certain parameters as per requirement of the theme.
Guidelines of Seminar Paper
Paper should be in 6000 to 8000 words. It must be typed in Times New Roman Font size 12 on A4 size paper with 1 “margin on all sides with 1.5 line spacing using MS Word application 2010.
The paper should contain an abstract of 300-350 words. Any uniform style of footnoting should be followed.
Submission Deadline
The abstract should be sent along with the title of the paper to the Convener of the Seminar at meenigam@gmail.com and Demand Draft drawn in favour of “Registrar, NUSRL” and full contact details of the author/s should reach to the Convener at the address mentioned below on or before 22nd February, 2013.
A soft copy of the full paper also should reach to the Convener on or before 28th February, 2013.
Any e-mail communication/enquiry regarding Seminar should be by specifying “Judicial Review of Legislative, Executive and Administrative Action: Need for Equilibrium” for convenience.
Registration Details
Registration fee : Rs.1,500/- (single author) & Rs. 2,000/- (Co-authors not more than two)
The organizers would extend local hospitality with food and accommodation for the non-resident delegates from 2nd March, 2013 7pm to 4th March, 2013 8 am. (Requisition for extended accommodation should be intimated to the Convener at the time of submission of DD).

Detailed schedule to the Seminar, List of Dignitaries would be displayed on the University website. The same shall be communicated to the participants through e-mail.
