The Centre for Competition Law and Policy National Law University Jodhpur invites submission towards the first issue of its working paper series which will be published in the inaugural edition of ‘Competition Law Cirque’ Vol. 1 Issue 1 for all students, legal academicians and professionals.
The theme for the inaugural issue “Any contemporary issue related to Competition Law” aims to deliberate on the contemporary concerns in relation to competition law.
The deliberations upon contemporary issues in the area of competition law will appendage the developments in the sphere of competition law which is just a little ahead of its nascent status in India.
Therefore the working paper series in order to attain its objective of bringing to light the contemporary problems in competition law and their solutions covets inventive and original inkling of the authors for the same.
The deadline for submission of the articles is by October 5, 2013.
