Call for Papers: Indian Journal of Arbitration Law
The Indian Journal of Arbitration Law [IJAL] managed by the Centre for Advanced Research and Training in Arbitration Law at NLU Jodhpur is pleased to announce its upcoming issue (Volume 2: Issue 2), which is to be published in September this year.
The Board of Editors cordially invites original, unpublished submissions for publication in the following categories:
- Articles
- Notes
- Comments
- Book Reviews
The Editors follow the system of citation as prescribed in The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (19th Edition), and while it is not imperative, prospective authors are requested to follow the same.
Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission’s compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
- The submission has not been previously published
- The submission file is in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) format with minimum use of Macros.
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the guidelines, which are found in the Specific Guidelines.
- In case this is your first submission, an updated C.V. mentioning the authors’ name, affiliation, qualifications and contact details, as well as a cover letter is to be submitted along with the Manuscript.
