Abstract:
The abstract should not exceed 300 words to be electronically mailed with the subject column as ‘Submission – abstract’, bearing the name(s) of the author(s) as the file name, only at the following e-mail address: ailseminar2013@gmail.com by 28th February 2013, accompanied by cover page stating the Sub-theme, Title of the Paper, Name of the author(s), E-mail address, Postal address and Contact Number.
Call For Papers:
- Research papers are invited on the issues related to above mentioned theme & sub themes.
- The paper should not exceed 3000 words (excluding footnotes).
- Main text must be in Times New Roman Font, Font Size 12 and spacing of 1.5, while the footnotes must be in Times New Roman, Font Size 10 with single spacing.
- One inch margin on all sides must be maintained.
- Footnotes must be according to the Bluebook style, 19th Edition.
- All submissions must be the author’s original and unpublished work. Plagiarized submissions will be disqualified.

Hi I Wish to attend the seminar that you will be conducting on the 6th and the 7th. I haven’t submitted an abstract nor the paper, I only wish to witness the paper presentation. Is that a possibility? I’d be driving from Delhi for it hence wish to confirm this prior to arriving there.

The participants selected to present their papers in the Army Institute of Law National Seminar – 2013, to be held on 6th – 7th April, have been intimated by mail.

The last date is 31st March, subject to submission of your full paper.

No, that’ll be fine. If in case you’re selected to present the paper, you may do that along with your registration, subject to submission of your paper.
do we have to write the papers in Indian Context or can we talk about the International scenario?
You may write in any scenario you wish to, Indian or International.
Will the selected Papers be Published?
We are in process of publishing the proceeds of the AIL National Seminar after they have been scrutinized by our referees. We shall be intimating you about the same if your paper is selected for publication.
The seminar is on 6-7th april but when is the date of submission, is it 6-7th april? and the date to submit the abstract?
As mentioned, the date to submit the abstract is 28th February 2013 and that for the Paper is 31st of March.
The date of seminar is 6th-7th April.
So, in case my abstract and the paper get selected and am still not able to attend the seminar personally, will that be a problem? Do the selected paper get published or not?

Just in case if your abstract is accepted and so is the paper, you’ll be intimated for presenting it.
