Nuclear Law Association’s 2nd Annual Conference
–
Nuclear Law Association (NLA), India is organising its flagship event, the annual conference. Full details are here.
Nuclear energy development is witnessing a debate between pro and anti nuclear groups. Along with this, there are host of implementation issues in almost all the new projects that are being initiated.
Energy requirements remain a key factor; however, both the public & the business community feel that the optimism of policy makers must be practically grounded and legally and socially well conceived.
The Second Annual Conference planned as a confluence of lawyers, scientific community, researchers, policy makers’ and the business community aims to critically examine the legal and policy developments in the nuclear energy sector.
